Highlights from the agreement:

• Do not move the furniture
• Do not remove the glass top from the table
• Nothing may be attached to the walls.
• Clean glass table top after use
• Absolutely NO glitter or confetti
• Remove all tape and decorations from windows
• Complete the checklist before and after use
• Return Thermostat to these settings
  • Furnace — 68° Air conditioner — 78°
