Essex Park Pool Rules  Updated 2016

• Association member and guest use only. All guests must be accompanied by a member.
• No running, diving, or rough play allowed in pool area.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian 18 years or older.
• No glass allowed in pool area.
• No pets or animals allowed in pool area.
• ALL infants or non-toilet trained children MUST wear a swim diaper.
• ALL children under the age of 8 MUST be accompanied to the rest room by an adult.
• No person with communicable disease allowed in pool: including — skin, eye, ear, or nose infections.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the pool.
• Clean up any food or beverage in the pool area as you leave.
• Lower the umbrellas as you leave.
• Straighten chairs and loungers.
• No smoking or use of tobacco products allowed in pool area.
• No vulgar, profane, explicit or offensive language, behavior or music in pool area.
• Association is not responsible for any items left or stored in the pool area or clubhouse.
• Safety equipment is to be used for emergencies only.
• Please report any problems with the pool or persons using the pool to a board member in a prompt manner for correction via email, Facebook, or text.
• Violation of any of the above Pool Rules are subject to an initial $25 fine. Two or more violations in a season could result in the loss of pool privileges at the Board’s discretion.
